AAC/M4A Encoder / Decoder Plug-in 1.05

MediaMonkey already has support for playback of .aac/.m4a/.m4b/.m4p tracks via Quicktime. This plugin adds support for encoding of .aac/.m4a tracks, along with native support (i.e. Quicktime is not required) for playback of .aac/.m4a/.m4b tracks. The trial version is limited to 30-days of operation.
If you've already purchased the plugin, you can download the latest version here.
To install, download and double-click the .mmip file.

MAD .14.2b MP3 Input Plug-in

MAD is an alternative MP3 decoding plug-in that some prefer it to the default Windows Media-based plugins included with MediaMonkey.
To install, close MediaMonkey, run the installer and install the the MediaMonkey directory. Then rename the following files in C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins\ : in_wmp3.dll and in_dsmp3.dll to in_wmp3.dll.off and in_dsmp3.dll.off.

MP3Pro Input Plug-in

This plug-in allows MediaMonkey to play files encoded in the MP3 Pro format which offers some improvements over standard MP3s. Note, however, that this plug-in is also used for standard MP3 playback--something you may not desire if you're using another MP3 plug-in.
To install, close MediaMonkey, run the installer, and then copy the in_mp3PRO.dll from the Winamp Plugins directory to C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins\ . Restart MediaMonkey, and scan your drives for MP3Pro files.

WAVE Input Plug-in 2.07

SQRsoft Advanced Cross Fading Plug-in 1.75
SQRsoft output plugin screencap

SQRsoft Advanced Cross Fading Plug-in is useful for those who want more fine-grained control over cross-fading settings. The only downside is that it requires a bit more CPU power than the standard output plug-in, and is unstable on some systems. Also, it is incompatible when using MAD at 24 or 32 bit sound.
To install, close MediaMonkey, run the installer and install the the MediaMonkey directory (disable the GUI Controller if you don't want the GUI control to appear). Then enable the plug-in via Tools > Options > Player > Output Plug-ins.
