Auto-Conversion can be slow on a slow machine, but if you're talking about regular songs even then it shouldn't be so slow. You may want to send a debug log (step 4b) to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=69

Take a lot less for me (different device). Are you doing Auto-Conversion during sync?

I am syncing my Motorola XPRT with Media Monkey in MTP mode, but the syncing is incredibly slow, sometimes taking hours for a single song. Is this a bug?
