Thanks. I saw that on the page but I didn't think it applied to me. I have all the original documentation so it won't be any problem getting it back. Thanks again.

Often it isn't a Lifetime key, but a 3.x key or the username is wrong. You can verify the correct key: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... ticleid=84

Hi

I went to reinstall my gold MM and after retrieving my order with the licence key I got a pop-up saying my code is invalid. It's a lifetime licence so how can it be invalid? Thanks for any help
