thats a windows issue.
just need to change the icon for all files with that extenstion or all music or media ones.
change that with the folder options when off line go to them and then on the view tab look for the file extenstion in the list
click that in the list then click the change icon button? or the advanced button to find the change icon button then browse to the icon you want to use. it can be one of the icons in the windows dll files or just an icon you saved in the folder of your choice some place.
just browse to it and pick it that will make all the files of that extenstion to have that icon.. windows updates could and did some times change it back to the windows default icons and that might happen so keep that in mind if you see that ugly music note one again. :D

Not sure if this is a Windows or MediaMonkey question. After setting file associations, the default icon for files MediaMonkey is associated with is a washed out, white/gray icon with a musical note graphic. Does anyone know how to change this? I need something more colorful and easy to spot. Thanks in advance.
