Hi, I Repaired the problem, I needed to install the old version, restore the backup, and after that works fine, the new mediamonkey with the backup of the previous version didn't work.
After all I updated the Mediamonkey and it's working fine.

Some backup software replacing the database with an older copy? As Playlists and tags are in the database (unless you're using the My Computer node) you should see an error message if MediaMonkey couldn't save the changes. If you don't the problem may lay outside of MediaMonkey like Backup/Restore software.

Which version of MediaMonkey are you using?

Hi, I have the mediamonkey for android premium, i normally use the start to raking my music in the phone, from a couples of weeks, maybe 2 months, all the information that the phone syncronize with the Mediamonkey in the PC lost. and all the stars are in 0 again. Today I find that the problem is in the windows program(latest version), if I change a playlist or any tag with the Mediamonkey for windows, the change are not saved, when i open the program again the playlist doens't exist, the star or the tag is like before the change.
I replace the mm.db with a backup but the problem persist
I'm using windows 10...

Someone know what is happended? HELPPPPP.
