You'll need to find actual missing tracks to get an idea of why they may not have imported. It could be that their file type wasn't enabled in the Add/Rescan Files dialog or they files didn't meet the criteria (Tools > Options > Library). Other reasons are in the Notes: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index. ... elp:#Notes

Importing from iTunes - track count is way off

by ddrennen@gmail.com » Fri Sep 20, 2019 11:13 am

1) I had 12K tracks in iTunes
2) iTunes went berserk on me, creating many track duplicates. Count was then 14K.
3) I imported iTunes into MediaMonkey. I hoped that the duplicates would not import - so I was looking for 12K tracks in Mediamonkey.
4) Only 10K tracks seem to have successfully arrived... meaning that some 2K tracks are missing. How can I either a) recover those tracks or b) see a list of missing tracks?

Many thanks
Dorothy Drennen
