Regardless of where the files are physically-you can simply copy everything in the misspelled folder to the other one and then delete to incorrect folder and its contents.

I have a folder titled Rolling Stones and one misspelled Rolig Stones on my Zen Touch. I would like to know how to get the files from Rolig Stones to the folder Rolling Stones. I tried renaming each track to Rolling Stones, but it still saves them in Rolig Stones.
