Hi Everyone. I just wanted to follow-up with this thread. The HTC 8x Windows Phone is working fine. All I had to do was wait until Windows (on my desktop) recognized the MTP device. Sometimes, I have to re-insert the USB cable to my phone in order for Windows to connect. After I confirm that the Windows Phone is connected (through Windows Explorer on my desktop), I then start MM.

It hasn't been tested with Windows Phone 8, but as it is supposed to use the MTP standard it should work. See more discussion: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... 12&t=68641

Can someone from MM respond to this?:

1.) Is Media Monkey currently working on support for Windows Phone 8?
2.) If yes, when can we expect a patch/version update?
3.) Are there any workarounds you can recommend?

I own an HTC 8X and MM Gold.
