Raised ticket #MPN-285-61490

BTW tried running as administrator but the same happened.

Ok, I'm just about the raise the ticket, but thought it was worth noting that the debug version does create a crash report when it tries to sync.

Capture a sync of a few FLAC files in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=12&t=69

I get the error "Failed to convert (200)", 200 being the number of files to transfer and no files are transferred.

I just tried to sync via USB and the progress bar sat at "converting to OGG" for about 15 minutes on the first file before I gave up.

Do you get an error message and the files are missing on the device or are the files synced as FLAC anyway?

WiFi sync - FLAC won't convert to OGG [#14080]

Running MMW version 4.1.14.1813 on Windows 10, and MMA version 1.2.0.0624 on Android 6.

I have most of my files stored as FLAC on my PC, which in the past I have always synchronised as-is without any issue. Now I want to auto convert them to OGG so I can fit more on./

I have created a small subset of files to sync, including some that are already in a lossy format. The lossy ones (a mix of MP3 and OGG) synchronise just fine, but all the FLAC files fail to convert.

I have tried a conversion from FLAC to OGG within MMW itself and that works fine. On a previous phone I never had issues with auto conversion either, but that would have been with earlier builds of MMW and MMA.

Any ideas?
