Only one way to find out, so..

Installed for current user on Win 8.1 pro with latest MediaMonkey version 4.1.9.1764 (Lifetime licence) and..

..it works! Tested resume playback and pause by changing the timeout in the script. All as described. (Didn't test in portable mode, though.)

I've installed this on a windows 8.1 system with latest version MM and it works fine. The script installation triggered 9 modified registry entries for me, so the likely reason that it's not working for you now is that you're using a portable installation. Were you using a portable install before?

This script previously worked flawlessly on an earlier portable 4.x installation, but I migrated to a new portable install in a new folder and while it shows as installed, it no longer has any effect. I tried uninstalling and downloading and installing it anew, to no avail. Any advice?

The MmIP file is a zip file change it to a .zip the open it to get the script file.

Hi. Newbie here. I wish to edit timeout on ResumePlay but I am unaware of a script editor able to edit this format mmip.
Could someone please be kind to recommend one program ?

because i tried to add a ' or 0 but i does not work
i mean i start media monkey and it start up in pause

See if putting * or ' in front of the line will stop it,
it is vbs so those commet markers should close the following line from

Of course it might need done to a couple places i didnt look where all it would need done just yet maybe somebody else could tell you faster ask trixmoto or one of the others, it is okay as diddleedoo already said if someone wanted to fix his scripts for new mm versions he didnt care as he is too busy now at work.
