I can easily modify this script to list artists instead. Did you just want an alphabetical list of artists, or did you want a list of their albums too?

Yeah, I was using that before, but there's the main problem: It prints the artist for every album of each artist you have. This means that one artist could show up 4 or 6 times, depending on how many albums by the artist you have.

Trixmoto has made a script that will allow you to do this:

You need to open the JustListAlbums.vbs file and edit the masks that you want.

To use it show the tracks you want info on then run the script.

Works great.

Hey there everyone. Is there a script that takes all the selected songs and exports the list of Artists into a text file? This shouldn't be hard, but I'm pretty nooby, so I need other people t help. Thanks a lot to anyone who can help.
