Here's v0.9.3 beta (which I think is the last release):

No roadmap but you can follow the bug tracker.
At this address: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view_all_bug_page.php

It gives a good idea of the advancement.
Also there will be a public beta cycle before the final release.

Thank you for this information. Any news on when the next MediaMonkey version will be out?

Nope the developer hasn't been on here since Thu13/05/10 12:32.

But you could check monkeyflow: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... monkeyflow

And the next major version of Mediamonkey (MM4) will have his own picture browser.

Is this thing being developed anymore?

Ok, I found what I did. Do all of this with MM closed.

I have Windows 2000, so what you do may be a little different. I clicked Start, clicked Run and entered "regedit". I then found my way to HKey_Current_User\Software\Mediamonkey\Interface\Toolbars\Persistent\. Within the Persistent folder I deleted the file Pretty Pictures. If there is a Pretty Pictures folder under \Toolbars, delete it also.

Behind TitleBars was doing the same thing so I deleted those files, too. Opened MM and all was good. Hope this helps.

Hey all of you who are having the white square problem. It will take mea couple of days to get you better steps to take, as the same problem is happening with another script, but the solution is in the HKEY section of the registry. I'm not very computer literate, I just know how to follow directions.

Part of the solution is going to wherever the HKEYs are and go into the Peristent folder, while MM is closed, and delete the Pretty Pictures file and I think another file and they must conflict. I will have to search my other posts to see if I can find it for you. I think the same problem was occurring with the Behind TitleBars script, so if you don't want to wait for me to find my posts, go to that thread and see if it is there.

Good luck and sorry I can't help now, I'll get to it asap.

I'll try to do do a precise request: I got no handles on the (little bigger than) thumbnail-sized Window. None for moving, none for resizing. The "frame" that allows a field to "snap" into the view, e.g. next to playlist, is missing.

I can't get the window of PrettyPictures bigger than like 2 cm. Can't move it around either. It's stuck in the upper left corner, right under the titlebar "Mediamonkey", hiding away the File and Edit-Menu

Any ideas?

I'm running Win7.

Thanks!

No reply to my September 24 post, so I thought I would try again.

Pretty Pictures worked just fine until I moved MM to an external hard drive. I have been able to get everything to work again except PP. The PP window shows up in the upper left corner of the monitor, about an inch square. It is unmoveable. On my other computer, the PP window went the whole width of my monitor. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three or four times to no avail.

Any ideas?
