Sorry, I lost the focus to this thread. Thanks oblivioncth for stepping in.

Build 1.3.4.0848 fixes the issue for me!

Happens to me as well on build 846, Oreo, S7 Edge.

Manual skip (within MMA): JJUTR7D328
Manual skip (from notification): 92SSHW9FGR

Auto advance when artwork is behind: VL3MF9XSWM

Note that I thought the artwork corrected in the notification once I clicked into the app, but it stayed behind this time. For my last log the artwork that showed in the app was for the playing song "Mutated", while the notification showed the artwork for the previous track "PLUR police".

Also for me at least it isnt that it gets stuck one behind always. It seems to just get stuck period. Sometimes it will be 2 to 3 songs behind.

Hi,
Can you send us Log files:
a) when you manually skip Track
b) When MMW advances and you see one AA behind

Write both Log IDs here so that we can compare what is different.

With 1.3.4.0846 this issue is present again.
If MMA plays multiple tracks of a playlist, the album art in notification bar is always 1 song behind.
(This does not happen if I manually skip a song.)

It's still in beta, thus only available to those that subscribe to the betas: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 50#p445750

So, where's this 1.3.3 version you're talking about?
My phone still has version 1.3.2 and Google Play Store says it is up to date...

It seems to be exactly the same problem.
Sorry for the duplicate.

AlbumArt in notification widget is always one song behind

MMA is showing the AlbumArt from the previous song in the lockscreen and notification widgets.
I took some screenshots to better illustrate this behavior:

Here, MMA main interface, with correct metadata and AlbumArt:

In the homescreen widget, AlbumArt and metadata are also correct:

Here, we can see the widget in the notification shade. Metadata is correct, but the AlbumArt displayed is the one from the previous song:

Here, the same thing for the lockscreen widget. Correct metadata, but incorrect AlbumArt. Also, note that the background fullscreen AlbumArt is correct:

I noticed this behavior in two different devices: OnePlus 3T with Android 8.0 and Samsung Galaxy J5 with Android 6.0.
Sometimes, this doesn't happen right away. It needs some time of playback, so you can notice it.
