I have a similar problem, and I've opened a new support ticket:

Wifi sync initiates, but fails at an inconsistent step in the process, showing "Sync incomplete" or "sync failed" messages. It sometimes fails during "analyzing sync list", or "preparing download", or during download after several tracks (anywhere from around 4-60 tracks) have been synced. I've previously synced via USB with much difficulty before finding on the forums that Samsung devices USB sync poorly. I've never completed a wifi sync successfully. In this particular sync attempt, MMA showed that the sync processed ~50/1500 tracks before the failure occurred which is a new record, but not quite satisfactory

On my PC, both the MM5.DB and all the media files are stored on a virtual drive G: which is mirroring my Google Drive. All of those files are shared between MM5 on 2 Win10 PCs. I've tried syncing from MMW servers on both PCs with similar results. MMW is never running on both on PCs at the same time.

Windows 10 Pro Build 19044.2486
MM Standard 5.0.4.2690
1 SSD C:\ holding the MMW install
1 virtual drive G:\ hosted on C:\, which holds MM5.DB and all media files
Android device info:
Samsung Galaxy S9
OS: Android 10

Wifi sync add-on installed, no other paid features
