Simplest way to set it up is to exit FF and start IE7.
Then go to the CNet video page and let IE install it's latest stable Flash plugin (this should be Flash 9).
After the video is running in IE7. Exit IE, restart FF, right-click the Cnet Video link and select "Open Link in IETab".
Another method that works, but not as reliably in FF, is to right-click the Tab and select "Switch Rendering Engine".
