Ok - I've rescanned the albums i was having a problem with & optimised the database. Problem seems to have gone away. Hard to say what caused it.

I have submitted a ticket but the response i am getting suggests that either i have not explained the problem clearly or we are all going round in circles here.
For my benefit could you please explain what the expected behaviour is when you select the option : "Find more from same album" in particular what is "more" referring to ? ie more what ?

Hi,
If nothing was added during scan then files are already in Library (number of found tracks is seen in result window).

If there is number of Composers it is possible that Album is recognized as two different albums.

Can you please open support ticket so that we can try to resolve it asap?

You can also try to rescan folder (Key INS) after find more from same -> Folder (Library) and see if they are accidentally not in Library.
I rescan folder as you suggest. Nothing was added or changed.

One odd thing though after i did this. A photo of the composer appeared on the coloured grid box instead of just two letters?

Peke - with respect i think your assumption is incorrect. The albums are tagged correctly & can be viewed ok in MM. I am puzzled when you suggest making Composer, Genre etc the same. These data items don't define an Album.
The albums in question have multiple composers. So when i select one of these composers it only shows me the tracks on the album which relate to that composer, which is correct.
I then select 'Find more from same Album' which should show me all the tracks on the album but instead it just shows the tracks from the original selection.

As all tracks on album shows when you use find more from same -> Folder (Library) I would suggest then that you select all tracks -> Right click -> Properties and Correct Type, Genre, Composer and Album on missing tracks , so that they be same as rest of album, because I am 99% sure that tracks that you do not see have wrong info and MMW see them as different Album, thus not showing them together.

You can also try to rescan folder (Key INS) after find more from same -> Folder (Library) and see if they are accidentally not in Library.

Let me know the result.

Hi,
Can you make screenshot of your results when you select that option. When I click that I get all the tracks from Album.

I understood this to mean ' find & display all the tracks on an album in addition to the tracks that were originally selected'
