I've been thinking on post this wish for a long time.
In my case, this is important due to the fact that [b]Symbian based cell phones[/b] (All Nokias, some LG, Sony Ericsson and so on) are able to display AlbumArt in their MP3 players, [b]only if image in tag has less than 100KB[/b].
Most of my AlbumArt is 600x600px, with filesize varying from 150KB up to 200KB. Resizing AlbumArt "on the fly' to 300x300px, for example, would reduce tag size a lot and image would be correctly displayed in Player.

I think it has been requested before and it's a good idea.

Currently there is an option to remove artwork if it is larger than a set size - would it be too hard to have the option of resizing the artwork when syncing?

I am asking because my album art is corrupted in iPod touch - I think due to too large album art as covered here:

I want to keep higher resolution art on my computer but don't want to remove album art completely when syncing.
