Window position issue after aero snap [#7470]

Under windows 7,

1) Drag and drop MM by the tittle-bar to the upper edge of the screen to maximize it. ( Aero-Snap)
2) click on the "restore" button or double click the tittle-bar to restore the MM window to its previous size and position.
=> The window doesn't go back to its previous position!
Instead it appears on the upper part of the desktop with part of the tittle-bar cut off!!
