Im using 1418 and I have this problem occurring with the transparency of certain images.

It seems to only occur when in microplayer mode and with this image. I can't guarantee this but this is the only time i've seen this image look weird.

Ive uploaded a photo:

Edit: Yeh I can confirm that it's only when Mediamonkey is in microplayer mode. To reproduce, use recently made skins (e.g. Mellon), go into microplayer mode, hover your mouse over the play button, little track information window pops up and notice AA transparency problem. Note: Any other time the AA looks fine. Last tested on 1420. Hopefully someone can reproduce and reopen this issue please, that would be great, Thanks!

Thanks--tracked at http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=8223 .

The problem seems to be specific to certain images.

Yes, of course!

(It's cut off to the right on my screen but if you click it you will also find another example of the problem.)

Oneweerwolf, can you post a screencap of your Tools > Options > Skin configuration? I still can't replicate the transparency problem.

Thanks.

Confirming this in 1404.

The background transparency problem has not been fixed however.

Maybe post a link to one of the files (perhaps it's something specific about the AA in those files).

Here is one of the problematic image files: http://www.mediafire.com/i/?s9az19n5ko3wgxq

Rusty, just installed 1403. This is what I do:

I find art and copy the image. I then find the file that I want to replace, right click to bring up properties, go to the artwork tab, right click in the white space and select paste. Option is to save to tag otherwise to folder. In MM3, if I did this and actually pasted the art in, it would come up along with the image type drop down box etc. However now if I do that the image does not come up, and if I click ok I get the image with the beamed pair of notes (which I gather is the usual missing art icon). So yes, I am still seeing this problem.

omg... another 'monster' thread. Please try to report separate issues into separate threads--otherwise it gets very tough to manage/track.

JeffV64: we're not able to reproduce the pasting art problem in build 1403. Do you still see it?

Oneweerwolf: I don't see the transparency problems that you do. Anyone else?
