If you installed it using the installation package, you can go to Tools - Extensions and select it to uninstall. If you installed it manually, you will need to go to the Mediamonkey\Scripts\Auto folder to remove the PrettyPictures.vbs file (I think there is also a PrettyPictures folder), you will also need to open the Mediamonkey.ini and script.ini files with a text editor and remove any references to the script.
