Oh, don't get me excited Jiri, 2.5.2 isn't even released yet. :-)
Two things on the 2.6 "maybe" list so far...
1) iPod SmartPlaylists
2) Advanced auto-playlists

roll on....

(and thanks for sharing.. I'd love to see a more formal to-do list one day, maybe you could split it into definites, maybes, and if you have time categories...)

We hope to support SmartPlaylists in MM 2.6, but it isn't fixed yet.

Yes, I'm a MM developer.

Is their a roadmap that shows iPod Smartplaylist support?

jiri - are you related to the MM development?

Yes, but you can even easily test it in the free version.

However it will sync Album Art to my 4thGen 60GB iPod Photo correct?

No, this is the only feature currently unsupported. It's due to some differences between Auto-Playlists and SmartPlaylists. However, it will probably appear in some future version.

Does the Auto Playlists work like SmartPlaylists on the iPod

Sorry if this has already been anwsered I did try searching for the answer. I am interested in buying MM gold however would like this answered first.

anyhow, When you sync a MM auto playlist to an iPod does it work just like the SmartPlaylists do? In that they update on the device.

Example: I have an auto playlist that has ALL unrated music. When I sync the iPod I have 500 items in the playlist. After playing through and RATING 100 of the songs in the playlist will it take the rated songs away from the list WITHOUT having to re-sync the ipod?

thanks
