No, there is no automatic way to do it. Auto-DJ can only work with 1 Playlist.

Is there a way to set up playlists to play one after the other? For example, I add playlist 1 to now playing, but can I somehow set it up to automatically play playlist 2 once 1 is finished with all the songs in it? I realize this may be a long shot and it's really no big deal to manually do this once one is finished, but was just curious (I promise I searched the forums prior to posting this!)
