Thanks - that seems to be working. It's also resyncing a load of stuff, hopefully just the once! I'll leave it overnight and report back tomorrow.
EDIT: it didn't delete anything, but I think I know why. The "do you want to delete?" dialogue on MMA, to which I answered "yes" didn't do anything as I didn't tick any boxes (it wasn't obvious that I needed to). Might be an idea for it to give an error message if nothing's selected.

Deletion needs to be set to all files, as otherwise it only can delete files in the MMW Library not on the sync list. This won't delete files MediaMonkey doesn't support like Photos, and a dialog listing files to be deleted is shown, before the files are deleted.

I just deleted 3 albums (31 tracks) from MMW. Then I synced my Android phone (content on SD card) over wifi, but the "deleted" tracks are still on the phone.

After a bit of Googling, I found that I needed to tick a box in the MMW device options to remove deleted tracks (which seems strange not to be the default setting - surely sync means sync?). I'm not on my "music" computer atm, so I can't remember the exact option I selected, but from memory it was the one which referred to deleting "music files", and not "all files", as I didn't want to risk deleting my photos which are on the same SD card.

Tried wifi sync again (which appeared to complete without errors), but the deleted tracks remain on the phone - any ideas?

MMW version - not sure, but updated only a week or so ago
