iTunes play count import to MM

I have an iBook with AAC files. It drives an Airport Express to a den stereo.

Has anyone done a script that takes the iTunes play count and uses it to increment the MediaMonkey play count? I know I can export the iTunes library in XML. I can probably figure out how to do this in Microsoft Access directly on the MM database, but life's too short. A script would be useful.
