I've replaced Last.fm Scrobbler v1.0.2.22 with v1.0.2.29, and I'm scrobbling again!! :D

I'm still using the Winamp plugin based scrobbler and it seems to work well.

Spoke too soon. One track scrobbled and the the rest didn't and haven't since. :roll:

Any other suggestions or ideas?

Cheers, it seems to be working again. I had gone through my settings and flicked a few things on and off. What I also did was turn my PC date settings back to dd/mm/yyyy from the backwards American mm/dd/yyyy format, therefore I don't know what fixed it.
I vaguely remember switching to mm/dd/yyyy format about a year ago because LastFM wasn't updating then. It's been OK until recently so maybe LastFM have changed something on their end?

For me I sometimes need to enable/disable options to get it working after new install. Often enabling Show Now Playing to friends helps (but you seem to have it enabled already) so maybe disabling, restarting MM and then enabling (maybe another MM restart) helps.

Submission rules OK. Nothing elaborate, include music, no podcasts or audiobooks.
My music is still tagged as music too.

Did you check your Submission Rules to make sure they allow files to be scrobbled?

I'm having the same issues. LastFM picks up what I'm currently playing but when MM plays the next track it doesn't show the previous one has having just been played at LastFM. The LastFM log file shows no problems.

I'm having a problem with this too since upgrading a few days ago.
When the track is playing, it appears to be scrobbling it in real time when I look on the lastfm page, but when the track is finished playing, the scrobble date is shown as whenever the track was played previously. i.e. not the current date/time as it should

Do you mean the last.fm scrobbler thing? I just opened it and checked for updates and it says it's all up to date.

Hey there, I just upgraded to 4.0, but my Last.fm has stopped scrobbling with the upgrade. The little button is green (enabling live scrobbles), username and pass is correct in the options. Anyone heard of this problem? Pretty lame!!
