Oh, also the title/date/path/description columns do not organize when clicked over. Or, should it?

Small issue:

When I click over one podcast directory, like "Digital Podcast", MM3 starts a thread to load the directory.

While loading, if I click the directory again, it starts another thread (of the same directory). Apparently this can goes unlimitedly.

edited: this multiple thread issue is also possible when downloading a podcast. Several "download" commands via sub-menu generates several download threads of the same podcast.
