I just want it to remove empty folders


why keep them when nothing in them?

Me too. :D

For the generic USB-mass storage device it would also be nice to choose directories that should not be auto-synced. So if, for example, your device puts voice recordings into a particular directory, you can tell MM to ignore that folder.

I would like MM to present a list with checkboxes of files to delete during auto-syncing. The one-by-one dialog box gets pretty tedious pretty quickly.
