"Same track folder" should be easily accessible

I try to file all of my album art files in a common directory.

But when I initially download a photo, it goes in a download photo before I rename it a file it away.

When I download an album, often the art is contained within the album folder.

Thus, I have three places to look:
1) The "File-Away" folder
2) The "Download" folder
3) The "Album" folder

My wish is that MM could easily check all three without requiring me to do a lot of navigation

"Select album art" dialog should use track folder

The "select album art" dialog function never defaults to the directory containing the tracks in question. This is a pain in the a**. The album art is most likely to be in the same directory or subdirectory from where the actual tracks are located and it makes it a lot easier to use this function if I didn't have to start looking for the actual path of the songs I selected
