Under mp3 settings it shows 320kbps is the highest quality. Or there is VBR 256 near CD quality or 256 near CD quality+. What is the difference between VBR 256 and 256?

What is the highest quality format for Ipod. I'm looking or the best sound. I download quite a bit of FLAC files. My 40gb doesn't seem to play this format. I don't care how big the file is per song.

So I'm kind of new at this. I've downloaded the script. I can't figure out how to get to the txt file, I believe it should just find it. So I'm not sure where to save the txt file along with the name of the file.
