Re: CleanMM v1.0 - 6/28/2010

The latest update seems to have broken something, I get ugly stripes in the details w/ album art pane if there aren't enough albums to fill the entire screen. Setting "override skin backgrounds" and specifying nothing solves the problem but I lose the alternating row colours.

Re: Magic Nodes 4.0 w/ 320 masks & real GUI (2010-06-24) [MM

I can't wrap my head around this so I'll bother you guys. How would I go about making a node that'll give me one random complete album with an average track rating of 3.5 or higher? Explain as though you were explaining to a chimpanzee.

Re: MM not scrobbling CDs on last.fm

Well I solved this problem last year, but now I have a new computer, and I have the latest scrobbler and version of MM, but it won't scrobble my CD's. What's the issue now? :( Options > Last.fm > Submission rules > uncheck "Only submit tracks that are part of the library" I've done this and CDs sti...

Re: Tagging help (Search Sites)

http://www.metal-archives.com/ is great for, well, metal. Obviously. The interface is clean and consistent, people get the info for new albums up nearly instantaneously, and they almost always have lyrics and album art available. I'd love to be able to automatically tag from this site but I have no...

Re: Crashes on update song rating near song end

I have the same issue. It occurs when rating any non-FLAC file in the last 20% of the song or so. I have the latest version of Mediamonkey, and the latest last.fm scrobbler. No other plugins except for a custom skin.

Sorry for the bump but I didn't see a need to create another thread.

I doubt it'll get fixed until someone magically finds the reason it's happening.

Column width not saved on exit in certain view modes.

Using Mediamonkey 3.1.0.1256, the column width is not saved on exit if you are using "show album art with details" view. (Using Vista Ultimate 32-bit SP2) Steps to reproduce: Switch to that view mode and adjust column widths. Close mediamonkey. Your adjustments will be reset next time you start the ...

Re: Media Monkey and two separate libraries on one PC???

If you'll be sharing your PC the best and easiest way to go about this would be to simply create a new user account in Windows.

Because it's not a good idea. CD players can't play two different locations at the same time...
Technically, you can start playing the album from your hard drive after the first song has finished ripping.

Re: Sorting of Scandinavian characters

Maybe they took my suggestion and changed it. Not being Scandinavian, I'd actually prefer those characters to be with the English ones that they resemble and said so on the forums. Sowwy.

Perhaps a toggle in the settings menu is in order?

I really like my Creative Zen, although quite a few people are having problems getting it to sync correctly with MM. (See the "incremental autosync corrupts zen" thread in the beta forum)

Do you guys have memory cards in your Zens? I doubt it would have any effect, but if you all do and I don't then there might be something to it.

I definitely don't have that much overlap, but some does exist. I was looking forward to getting a Zen X-Fi but now that I see what kind of problems I may face... :-?

Untick View|Tree, Untick View|Now Playing, and then Tick View|Track Browser is a great view for library management. Wow, this looks familiar. I wonder why. iMonkey. EDIT: I've come to really like this setup, but also enabling Now Playing and docking it right beside the track browser. With a w...
