Re: Need help renaming track title

I don't see any explanation, RegEx is not our object, it is VBScript's object so I don't see how we could affect this by our application? I didn't say it is your object, I said you are doing something wrong with it. Why your application raise Access Violation error with the test VBScript containing...

Re: Need help renaming track title

This script is slow to load No, it is not my add-on slow to load, but it is your application which is doing that. The explanation is here: https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=14921 and here: https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=14820#c50347 You are doing something very nasty wi...

Re: MediaMonkey v4.1.21.1867 Access Violation [#14897]

Yes, I have. Actually, I think that I know why is that happening and how to reproduce it. You should already have a database with at least one file that has a path on some media server. After that, if you remove UPnP.dll, whenever you select some node in the Media Tree which contains that file, e.g....

Re: MediaMonkey v4.1.21.1867 Access Violation [#14897]

If you read the Issue in Mantis that I mentioned a few posts ago, you will see that I already have Media Sharing disabled. I wouldn't bother you with this thing if the solution is simple as that.

Re: MediaMonkey v4.1.21.1867 Access Violation [#14897]

As I explained in Mantis, the main reason why I keep only exe files from different builds is because of saving space and it worked fine in that way until some point in time. Here are my new tests: MediaMonkey-1751 - the latest build that works without UPnP.dll MediaMonkey-1764 - reset virtual machin...

Re: MediaMonkey v4.1.21.1867 Access Violation [#14897]

If you don't want to see the message at all then just remove UPnP.dll entirely Actually, this suggestion doesn't work. The program becomes unresponsive after a while. This is happening with 1866, 1867 and 1868, but not with 1737 and older that I tested. Could you please tell me which was the last b...

Re: MediaMonkey v4.1.21.1867 Access Violation [#14897]

What's strange about the fact that the interface between UPnP.dll and MM.exe was updated? It is strange because it worked fine without that message until recently. I don't know exactly in which build that message started to appear. If you don't want to see the message at all then just remove UPnP.d...

That's ok, this is just that you copied MM.EXE from another build that is not compatible with UPnP.dll from older build.
That is not OK, as I explained here: https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=14870

Re: Long load time [#13265]

No, you cannot choose which predefined presets to install during installation of the add-on; you could only install all or none of them. However, if you chose to skip installation of the predefined presets, you could later selectively install some (or all) of them. Just open the Manage Presets dialo...

whether you are doing something special when adding the items in 'OnStartup' proc or whether you are adding them the same way as during install (when it takes just second)? No, I am not doing anything special in OnStartup procedure when adding menu items. Yes, I am adding them the same way as durin...

Re: Long load time [#13265]

I'll pop a message to Zvezdan Dimitrijevic to point him to this thread. Thanks for the report, but I already gave my opinion about this problem in the RegExp thread. I am sorry because of that, but I think it is not my fault why this is happening. I have used standard MM API functions to create men...

Re: RegExp Find & Replace 4.3 w/ 253 presets (2011-07-06) [MM2+]

Do you think that it makes sense to modify "RegExp Find & Replace 4.3" script to not create all the menu items on startup, but either create them on demand (or not create them at all)? I don't think that enabling creation of the menu items sometime later after startup could resolve such problem. Th...

Re: Magic Nodes 4.2 w/ 380 masks & real GUI (2011-07-01)[MM2

It works but it doesn't separate multi values like Genres do. I get for example English; Piano; Vocal while I would like to get 3 separates values. Any chance to work on it? The Genre field is a multi-item one supported as that by the program, while Grouping is not. You could try nodes/masks from t...
