Is it normal that MM before and after transferring files, 20 seconds needed?

The app sync with itunes, destroys the album covers on the iphone.

As an example:

- I sync with MediaMonkey 100 tracks with cover -> OK!
- I sync apps with itunes ...
- The 100 tracks are still there, the cover no more.

There a solution?

i use a iphone 5s, ios 8.0, MediaMonkey Beta 1714
