I installed MMA and play counts are not updated when I sync. I have yet to see the play count update on MMW from a sync.

I am able to sync music and playlists to the phone without MMA no problem. Are you saying if I install MMA I should be able to sync from the Device to library?

I am using MMW v4.1.4.1709 and a Samsung Galaxy S5. I am not using MMA.

MediaMonkey does not see the new files on the PC but can see the folders on the S5. I am connected via the USB cable.

I have some audio files that I downloaded to my Android device that I would like synced to my library. I have cleared out all mm settings on the phone and in mm however when i select "Auto-Sync new files and playlists from the device to the PC" and select the folders... the files do not ap...
