Where can I find REALLY basic instructions for volume leveling playlists?

Will the right click in now playing method of randomizing work to randomize and keep the music playlist randomized if the playlist is synced to a USB to play on a car audio system?

I have manually created a large playlist of songs, synced them to a USB thumb drive to play on my car audio system but want to randomize the song list rather than have show it show up in the car in alpha order by album title....
