You're right- seems I've mixed up things, 3.1 is working fine
I'll post an update to the regex soon as I'm seeing more naming conventions that could be handled, so stay tuned.

Re: Combine Albums 3.1 - Updated 16/09/2012
Hi Trixmoto, unfortunately you're updated 3.1 doesn't seem to contain the necessary changes and gives me errors. Only did a quick check but process1..3 need to look like this: ' 1. AlbumName (CD 1) -> AlbumName and Track=1## Sub process1(itm, albumname, disc) ' msgbox("proc1 "&albumnam...

Re: Combine Albums 3.0 - Updated 11/01/2010
Ok, I'll see if I can combine the two :) Also, you've changed the regular expressions, but these aren't really my strong suit - do you remember what you changed and why? Honestly they didn't match my local version and I had no clue where those changes came from (looked like artifacts). Feel free to...

Re: Combine Albums 3.0 - Updated 11/01/2010
Hello Trixmoto, hello all, I've made yet a few more enhancements to the CombineAlbums script in a way that it now supports disc numbers > 9 as well. As development seems to have slowed down a little I was wondering if it wasn't time to start hosting all the interesting scripts at GitHub. Should anyb...

Re: [1459] Tag inconsistency error
I'm not convinced with this approached. When I'm preparing the files for archiving I'm always using the My Computer node. Why doesn't MM show me that actual data that is on disc? Or even more importantly- why does it behave inconsistently? The main issue is that right now I cannot be sure if what MM...

Re: [1459] Tag inconsistency error
Mhm. From what I read ou of the logfile, the actual files are only read when the list view is displayed- after that the data is read from DB. My suspicion was that the DB contained outdated data. Using SQLite to take a close look seemed to confirm my suspicion: http://www.cpuidle.de/mm2.PNG Now the ...

Re: [1459] Tag inconsistency error
This is the debug log. Up to line 303 the list view is displayed, after that the properties dialog opened. The same strange behavior does btw. exist with every single file in that folder: 00000001 0.00000000 [5472] Going 'BackgroundQueue'to make final callback 7424 00000002 0.00010672 [5472] Thread ...

Re: [1459] Tag inconsistency error
Sorry- my description was unclear. Look at e.g. the album name- it was the same for all items in the list view. The instant the properties dialog was opened, the list view data displayed changed. At the same time, an external application shows that the properties dialog data appears to be wrong. The...

[1459] Tag inconsistency error
After retagging several files in the My Computer node I do realize that the tags are apparently not correctly read7written- either to disc or database. Screenshot demonstrates the problem: after tagging the list view is fine, however details view still shows pre-tagging data. http://www.cpuidle.de/m...

Re: Beta 4.0.0.1423 – Audiobooks miss the "Conductor" field
Hi Rusty, I cannot offer a best practice attributes description. All I can say is that audio books typically do have an author (the one of the book) and another- typically native-speaking, tv personality- reading/conducting the audio book. The obvious choice for me has been the conductor in the past...

Re: Beta 4.0.0.1423 – Audiobooks miss the "Conductor" field
Mhm- this is sad. It _is_ the conductor that is reading the audio book. Apart from me not wanting to retag my entire collectionnohitter151 wrote:Conductor isn't, but you could use Composer instead (or involved people, or a custom field)

Beta 4.0.0.1423 – Audiobooks miss the "Conductor" field
When item type is "Audiobook", the "Conductor" and "Album Artist" fields are not available for editing. At least the Conductor is absolutely required as I regularly use it for the speaker as opposed to Artist which is the original (book) author. Any ideas? Kind regards,...

Re: 1350: Find more from same album doesn't work
Found it- still believe my last comment correctly describes the expected behavior. Didn't use the location node..
