Great script! One small problem though - if I copy from Year to OriginalYear and the Year field has a date like 8/8/78, only the four-digit year gets copied.

Is there a way to modify how the date is displayed in the "Albums by [artist]" section? It currently reads as dd/mm/yyyy, and I'd like to change it.

My iPod does the job for me.

I had an album leveled for a amount, but had to replace one of the songs. Now that one new song is significantly louder than the rest, even though it supposedly has been leveled as well. How can I fix this?

Apologies in advance if this has already been asked, but I notice that in the pane/window for the currently playing album the songs are displayed in no particular order. Any reason for that? Can it be changed?

Not to introduce another issue, but I actually don't want any art to display on my iPod at all. I was able to do this previously by simply having all of it stored in the album folders instead of the tags. If you dont want any art, then run ITunes and uncheck show album art. I do run auto-sync already, and I only ever edit songs in the library node (not iPod). This started a few weeks ago BTW.

Recently, I've noticed that when songs pop up on my iPod they often display art for completely unrelated albums. Any idea why this could be? Did I miss a setting somewhere?

(I currently have my album art saved to the album folders on my hard drive instead of in the tags.)

I think I found a kind of workaround - in the device configuration page, I checked the option to remove art from tags if it's above a certain size. I simply chose 1 KB.

I now use MM to sync with my iPod instead of iTunes. Works great, except that it is putting album artwork on my iPod and I don't want to do that. So I played with a few MM settings, namely I started saving album art in album folders instead of song tags. Now all my songs on the iPod display the same...

Just recently started syncing MM with my iPod instead of iTunes. Is there a way to not have album art synced to the iPod? I find that when shuffling songs it works a lot slower with art.

I would still like to keep the artwork in MM if possible. Thanks!
