Topic: Grouping field --- how and when to use?

Personally I'm using it to group genres/styles, so it works like "Supergenre" I was hoping to use it this way also. Unless I'm missing something though, it's not exposed as an option in autoplaylists, so I can't figure out how to use it. I was hoping the MM3 hack of MagicNodes would help, but that ...

I don't know if this is part of the same issue, but I've had a similar experience with tracks that are seen as changed every time I sync. At first I also thought it was ever track that was being resynced but I eventually found the key. Apparently it was any track with a Rating that was being recopie...

I'm also having some trouble with the new syncing changes. In general I like how MM3 handles Audio Books and Podcasts differently from music. When syncing though I'm having some trouble. I like to have a playlist of the audio book I'm currently listening to so I can quickly find it on my Creative Ze...

There must be some way to get the now playing window back ! Surely I don't have to reinstall and then scan in my 600GB library again (which takes aaages)...... There is a workaround that I spotted in another thread about this issue. It worked for me (at least temporarily - it's disappeared again!) ...

A7 Playlist Sort Order Question

I don't know if this is a bug, expected behavior, just a quirk, or just the way things are at this point, but the order songs are sorted in both playlists and autoplaylists changes depending on the view mode (album view, list view etc) you use. While in the UI it makes sense, I'm not sure I know whe...

I've had the same problem - trying to find a padcast catcher that doesn't annoy me. I've also tried the ones listed in this thread and have actually found one that I like (or can tolerate) more than the others. It's called HappyFish http://happyfish.info It's a little quirky but it does give quite a...

I've come across some of the same frustrations. I've never been very successful at controlling the player from C#. I've ended up using my C# apps just for things like building advanced playlists of different kinds of syncing. Other than extracting info from MM, the .Net apps are flaky. Also, you are...

Nduke - is there a space after the semicolon that you're aware of (Party; Road) or none (Party;Road)?
I have mine set up without a space (Party;Road) and it works!

I've been playing around with MM3 primarily to see how multiple mood & occasion are implemented. It's quirky right now, but I think you'll like it when it's finally released!

Right now they are using ; (semicolon) for the delimiter for these & multiple genres.

Classification Issues: First, I love that MM3 now handles multiple moods, occasions etc. There are a couple of quirks with the Classification tree that I've noticed. First, they are not sorted. It would be more useful if when expanding the mood node for example, they were alphabetical. Now they appe...

I'd like to second that. It would be great if it worked like the multiple genre works (or at least will work when the kinks are ironed out :D )

I use AllMusic for filling my genres, moods, & occassions and have multiple entries for each. These fields are just begging for expansion!

You're definitely not the only anal retentive one grappling with the same issue!

I've adapted to the same work-around as you: Bob Dylan for all non-classical and Mozart, W... A... for classical.

I am happy to see some of the classical support in MM3. Hopefully it will flesh out by beta/release time.

This could be the IE font size, which can be change in the View menu bar to values like small, medium and large.
Thanks Trixmoto & RedX - that was exactly it.

First of all, I am a HUGE MonkeyRok fan. My monkey would be downright naked without it! Recently all the text in the MonkeyRok panel is in a tiny font. I must have played with a setting somewhere, but I didn't consciously change it! All other text in MM is the same as always. I have tried changing R...
