Playlist added since

I'm trying to make an automatic playlist with all songs added since a particular date, but I cannot figure out how to do that.
I only see the option to add songs that have been added the last so-many days.

Is it indeed not possible or am I overlooking something?

Re: "problem with updating database to the newest version"

I get this error message whenever my NAS is not connected for some reason. Solution: I connect to the disk using explorer, and start MM again.
Indeed the error message is not very helpfull!

Why do some fields (not) autocomplete?

It seems that some fields do, and other fields don't autocomplete. E.g. Album does, but Grouping doesn't.
Why is this? Is it possible to influence this?
I would like to have Grouping autocompleted.

Playcount doesn't always sync

I have a Philips Gogear SA5285BT/02. Works fine with MM.... except for one strange issue. I have automatic playlists, based on playcount. Syncronizing such a playlist with my GoGear goes well. But when I sync again, the playcount in MM is updated for about every other song. I mean: one song has its ...

Re: MM in network: best choice of hardware/software?

We have put all MP3's and the MM library on a NAS, some months ago. It has solved all the problems mentioned above! Great!

Re: How to fix inconsistent album art?

For anyone who is experiencing the same problem, I have solved it! I haved moved all songs (using auto-organize) to a new location. At the end, MM asks if the album art not in the tags should also be moved. When this action is skipped, all non-tag album art is gone. And hence: no more inconsistencie...

Re: More than 64 characters?

My problem is not with writing to CD's. I move my files around quit often, and MM stops at every occurrence of a file with a name that it thinks exceeds 64 characters. Now I don't know how this is calculated, so I don't know which fields I should edit. It is definitely not as simple as the number of...

More than 64 characters?

When I try to move files around (auto organize) I sometimes get an error message saying the filename exceeds the 64 character limit for CD's.
Which fields are used to calculate the 64?

Thanks, Willy

How to fix inconsistent album art?

For some of my albums, the album art stored with the folder is not identical to the art stored in the album track's tags. This inconsistency doesn't show up under "inconstent album art". I'm looking for a way to find the inconsistencies, and resolve them. I don't know how to start. Anyone any sugges...

Re: Album Art

What would be a true indication? And where could the images come from in the first place (into the cache I mean)?
Regards, Willy

[EDIT] I use Magic Nodes, and have a script running to calculate the cover size. All tracks show real sizes. Do you consider that a true indication?

Re: Album Art

Some remarks that may be usefull: - I am perfectly sure the tracks have album art. Check: start MM, go to album node in album view, and look: there're all there! - We have some 1000 albums, and I use MM across a network. Obviously there is some latency, but generally the images appear really very fa...

Re: Album Art

Since a couple of days I have this problem too. It's not just a matter of latency, and scrolling up and down doesn't help always either.

Re: 1249 starts after 3 minutes

Indeed, I don't have an HP computer....

But that brings me back to where I started: how come the start up of MM is so slow when there's a CD in the drive. And how come MM crashes when I try to rip a CD?
Roughly since I installed build 1249.
