Re: Date/Original Date fields invisible

Thanks guys,

Lowlander - it happens in both

nohitter151 - yes that is probably what the problem is. I've uninstalled MM so will change date back to default and re-install and see if that helps.

You guys ROCK!!!

Date/Original Date fields invisible

Hi there, I've had to do a system recovery on my computer and after re-installing MM my Date and Original Date fields are invisible - not only in the columns but in the Property fields as well. I say 'invisible' and not 'empty' because the dates are still in the tags: they can be viewed in MP3Tag an...

Re: Extensions list empty

Ok that was a wee bit confusing but I got there in the end. I went back to my old computer that still has MM installed but there is no ProgramData folder. Remember it's running XP. So I did a search for the extensions.ini file and found it in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Medi...

Re: Extensions list empty

Thanks again guys for all the help. Mizery_Made - Yes that's probably it and I forgot mention the migration fact in my original post. I did migrate from XP. This is what I did: I did a fresh install of MM in W7. Then I replaced (not overwrote) the Program Files (x86)/MediaMonkey folder in W7 with th...

Re: Extensions list empty

hi there, thanks guys rovingcowboy - no that didn't help nohitter52 - I'm not sure which ones are supposed to be in there but some of the extensions I have installed are, magic nodes, right-click for web, discogs auto-tag, musicbrainz auto-tag, custom nodes, tagging inconsistencies, swap artist and ...

Extensions list empty

Hi there, I'm not sure whether this is a bug or not. I've recently bought a new laptop running Windows 7 64-bit. I have just gone to MM's Tools / Extensions and the list is empty. I definitely have extensions installed. Cheers for any help.

Re: Sort unknown album art by album

Thanks to all, What a bummer it can't be changed. As I said, it seems strange that it doesn't do this by default. It is an album node after all - surely it makes more sense to sort by album. Maybe a moderator could move this to the wishlist?

Re: Sort unknown album art by album

Of course I can do that. How do I make the node sort by album by default? I click in and out of that node heaps and, even though I click the album header, every time I go back to the node it's sorted by artist again.

Re: Startup with Windows

I wouldn't use this option myself but, yes, it most definitely should be implemented as an 'option' for those who would.

Sort unknown album art by album

Hi there, Is there any way to make the Files to Edit / Unknown Album Art node sort by album instead of artist? It seems strange to me that it doesn't do this anyway. Cheers.

Re: syncing random songs to ipod

Thanks guys, Lowlander if you can confirm nohitter151's post then that'll be 'nuf said. If he should be incorrect can you please tell me how to set rule in AutoPlaylist. I did try using iPod as 'path/filename contains' but it didn't work.
