Re: a simple way to enhance sound

Jomaweb is absolutely correct. Out of the box MM does not have very good sound quality compared to many other players... And then, someone else will say exactly the opposite and both will be right  As others pointed, sound quality is about bitrate of the encoding and bit depth. Nothing else. ...

Re: Discogs Tagger 3.2 (Updated: 2011-07-08)

you can "disregard and continue" for this installation. Yes, except that i can't . As i already said in my last post. Too much redirections in the link. I always end up on the Commodo page even if i try to bypass the warning, probably because the link does not link to the installer itself, but to a...

Re: Discogs Tagger 3.2 (Updated: 2011-07-08)

Sorry i wans't perfectly clear. I can't even reach the site to download the installer. Commodo Secure DNS (it's a different product from Commodo Antivirus, even thought i installed it as part of Commodo Internent Security package) redirects the request to a warning page. Even if i click "Disregard t...

Re: Discogs Tagger 3.2 (Updated: 2011-07-08)

Hello. I tried downloading the script. First my WoT turned to red and i had to bypass the warning (at this point, i was decided to run a Virustotal check on the script before installing it). Then, Commodo Secure DNS blocked me from reaching the site. Is it possible to download the script from a secu...

Echoprint, open source alternative to PUID

Hello. It looks like this information havn't reached the board yet. MusicBrainZ, 7Digital and a developper named Lukáš Lalinský have developped a new audio fingerprint format called Echoprint and it's open source. It will probably replace PUID that, according to this article on MusicBrainz blog is d...

Re: Magic Nodes 4.2 w/ 380 masks & real GUI (2011-07-01)[MM2

OK, looks like it's working now. When i tried adding the PUID custom name from the GUI (using the add buttons above the filters field, i hope everyone understands what i mean), it got added as Puid with only the first letter in capital. I added it manually by directly editing the filter field and ad...

Unable to search for custom fields

Hi. How do i set up a magic node so that it lists all tracks with an empty "Custom 5" field? I'm using this field to store the PUID generated using PUID generator and would like to know wich songs still need to be processed. I tried modifying the "empty comments" example node, but when i want to see...

Re: Saving auto-rename masks

Mhh, thanks i'll check that. Does the mask get added to the drop down list, or does it simply stay in the dialog box? And is there a way to delete the unused masks from the drop down list? OK, i found the ini file hidden in my user folder and the organizer mask entry so if everything else fails, i c...

Saving auto-rename masks

Hello. I probably missed some very simple step, but i can't find a way to save my auto-rename masks, so i have to re-enter it each time i run an auto-rename (as i didn't use on of the pre-defined masks). It's annoying as i'm currently in the process of organizing (i can't really say re-organize :rol...
