Re: LyricsPlugin: how to upgrade to 0.3

I fixed it by modifying WebSearch.xml: Where is this file found? <url>http://www.lyricsplugin.com/winamp03/plugin/?title=%title%&artist=%artist%</url> What do I do with this string? WebSearch.xml is found in the Scripts\Auto folder of your MM installation directory (usually Program Files\MediaMonke...

Does anyone know if it's possible to use the concepts of "contains" and "or" in the $if of an auto-organize mask? Example for "or": I want to do something like $If(<Album Artist>=Various OR <Album Artist>=Variety, then do this, else do this) Example for "contains" (where Custom1 is used to hold spac...

For the moment as a workaround: Please open the script RadioDJ.vbs Goto line 1492 set the line to m_sIntTraceLevel = NOMSG thus disabling the logging mechanism. I'll try this uwe, but I don't have an editor with line numbers. Is this the line you want me to modify? m_sIntTraceLevel = VERBOSEMSG

@bojangles - I have confirmed with the devs that my script is picking up the .ini file in the same way as MM. Are you sure that MM is using the .ini file you think it is? I'm sure that MM3 is using the .ini file in ....\Local Settings\Application Data\MediaMonkey because I had to edit that to resto...

4.6 doesn't seem to be using the correct MediaMonkey.ini file for me on Vista with MM3. In the GetIniPath() function, it seems like you would want to look in the db folder first, since the existing code check it last and it will always find a MediaMonkey.ini file in the programs folder. I don't thi...

Thanks for the fix, but I had disastrous results. I got farther this time. Initializing the script worked fine. I was able to look at the options panel. When I went into the options for AutoDJ, I set the playlist to RadioDJ plug-in for AutoDJ. When I hit OK on that options panel, I got this error: E...

Are you using a script to put the Tools menu item in there? I don't have that. So there may be an ordering issue with the this script that updates Custom fields and the script you're using to put Tools in the context menu.

If you have not yet defined a playlist in the options dialog, then the default list name is used "RadioDJ_Input". Maybe it helps to just create a playlist with this name and the error disappears. Thanks for the help. I created a playlist with the name you mention, basically just grabbing all my tra...

I don't mind using your initial approach... I don't need anything elegant. So do you have a script for importing the BPM into a custom field?

Then did you use one of those cool "set a field to the value of another field" scripts I've seen floating around on here?

Thanks!

This sounds great, but I got some errors when trying to initialize the script via Tools -> Scripts Error #5 - Microsoft VBScript runtime error Invalid procedure call or argument: 'err.raise' File: "C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Scripts\RadioDJ.vbs", Line: 586, Column: 8 After hitting OK on that, I go...

I've had that problem. Try expanding the node called "Files to Edit" and then click "Unsynchronized Tags". Depending on the size of your collection, it can take some time to compile a list for you (not the "Reading tracks..." message in the status bar).

I don't have access to test this right now, but what if you tried this: Function NodeFocus(Node) ' This should work as long as the artist name does not have % or + in it's name. Call SDB.WebControl.Navigate("http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/" + SDB.player.currentsong.artist.name ) NodeFocus = 2 End Func...
