I am assuming it was a registry problem. I ran RegScrub and it found plenty of problems. Unfortunately, it hung up mid way through fixing them and windows closed it down. Which seems to have really messed up my registry! Now RegScrub finds over 3,000 issues. Well, I went to open MM and received this...

Problem is still there. A little surprised no one has been able to answer this. Is more info needed?

I would first test to see if this is the likely problem by trying to play the list in another player. If it still does not play, it seems that you would have to rebuild the list from scratch. you could use the "print tracks" script to have a list of the songs to load.

Mystery Icon

This is my fault for going a bit script crazy at times. But can anyone tell me what script or plug-in I installed that has produced a little tree icon. It is just below and to the right of the MM icon, hovering over the "file" button. I am running vista and whatever this is apparently is not compati...

kbps conversion question...

I am not discerning enough audibly to really need more than 128 kbps (unless you can convince me otherwise). I am more concerned about file size. Are there drawbacks, other than quality, to converting, say 320 kbps to 128. Can files be corrupted or anything like that, that makes converting my librar...

Yep, It was being caused by mini lyrics not closing with MM. I did not see anything in the MiniLyrics options to make this occur. Anyone no how to make ML close when I close MM?

MediaMonkey not closing

Out of the blue when I close MediaMonkey it goes away, but continues to run in the background. When I try to open later, it will not open and I have to use Task Manger to end the first instance of MM. Have been installing lots of scripts lately, as I am a relatively new user and have been getting in...

I was having the same problem. Came here to see if there was a solution. I ended up deleting Monkey Rok AND uninstalling it, now MM opens just fine.
