Idea to solve the apparent freeze while relocating files

First off i know that when you are auto organizing files MM doesnt freeze, it is moving your files But to others if you are moving a decent amount of files MM appears to freeze. A nice mostly cosmetic cure for this would be a nice progress bar. Maybe with the speed that the files are being transfere...

Request/Idea: Alternate library

I am in a situation that other users may be in. My music and my database are on a external drive so if I, say leave the drive at a friend's house I cannot run MM because the database is not there. It would be very useful to have a script that would be like: If the default library(the one pointed to ...

Wouldn't it be a problem if it were stored in the library if you were listening on two computers at once?

I have a request that would (from my knowledge) work. I would love to be able to right click on any track in my library and then play the track in my library that is highest on that artist's chart. It would be useful for me because sometimes I don't know what artist's sing. It would save me a good b...

One thing that really needs to be addressed (it is one of the most common questions I see) is how to use the same database over a home network.

I could write it but I would need someone to profread it or something because I would probably leave something important out.

My database is on my Lan as well if your tracks are inaccesible you just have to rescan them using the network location for the files as well.

Yes you will lose all your play count and such. But If I am right you are new so it shouldn't be that bad. It made me mad when I had to do it as well.
