Re: iPhone crashes during large sync with build 4.1.8.1745
I'm seeing very slow copy times of ~700 files to my iPhone 5 (iOS 8.4). I'm capturing a debug log now and will submit. Using 4.1.8.1745 I too also earlier saw a spontaneous reboot of the iPhone whilst waiting for it to sync. The first 50 or so tracks seem to sync as normal pretty quickly and then ev...

Large rating display
Hi All, I've several thousand tracks that I leave on play on a touch PC... I'm looking for a skin or a way of showing the star rating in a large graphic (to set a different rating) so that if I hear a track I like I can quickly change the rating. At the moment I've the CleanMM skin on which is great...

[1719] Missing Added date
Hi, I've just ripped in 3 CDs. two of the CDs didn't get an 'Added' date created at all, one had only one track. During the rip, I did get prompted by MM as to whether I wanted to Overwrite tracks, which is odd as they were brand new rips and the first time I'd done them. Unfortunately I didn't have...

Re: Odd m4a files will play directly but won't via DLNA
Hi Lowlander, ok - I can see you've combined the posts here.. Yes I did see another post similar to this one, but thats why I split the issue into 2 parts.. The first is that yes maybe the codec pack is needed - but the error that you get certainly doesn't make that clear. I mean - yes - its clear i...

M4A streaming missing codec
Hi, (I realise this is possibly partially answered in this post ). A few weeks ago I realised I could get one installation of MM4 to play its music via the speakers of my second PC also running MM4 - a feature I didn't know it had and have been making use of since!! :-) - I'm guessing this is just a...

Re: 4.1.5.1710 Rename files with spaces
Yes... I guess its partially my misunderstanding there.. I thought the <Disc:2> on its own would be 'blank' if theres no value, and then the white-spaces clear the resulting filename up to the first non-whitespace character.

Re: 4.1.5.1710 Rename files with spaces
ah.. it looks like I need to put '.\' at the front..., to make : .\<Disc#:2> <Track#:2> # <Title> # <Artist>, then they stay in the same folder but those already with right names don't change.

Re: 4.1.5.1710 Rename files with spaces
If I include the folderpath, then for some tracks this seems to stop:
eg, a Destination of :
E:\Music Collection\Artist Albums\<Album Artist@1>\<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Disc#:2> <Track#:2> # <Title> # <Artist>

E:\Music Collection\Artist Albums\<Album Artist@1>\<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Disc#:2> <Track#:2> # <Title> # <Artist>

4.1.5.1710 Rename files with spaces
Hi, I can't see this reported anywhere else in the forum. The Preview under auto-organise seems to have a minor bug. I use the Destination format: "<Disc#:2> <Track#:2> # <Title> # <Artist>" for auto-organise. If I take a sample file: E:\Music Collection\Artist Albums\B\The Beatles\1\01 # ...

Re: Artwork tag inconsistancies
One of the jobs I did this week was to Sync them up yes... before that no.. I couldn't say now which albums were out.. I think it was only a few hundred that were out, and those were ones I was sorting through. But in the sample folder for OCS, I know theres no changes to the files that have happene...

Re: Artwork tag inconsistancies
These are mine.. But I've been going through with Discogs trying to get the meta-data tagged up, but not on every album, and not the Ocean Colour Scene one. Whats odd though, is that I went through a painstaking process, maybe last year or the year before, using MM to make sure the covers were in sy...

Re: Artwork tag inconsistancies
Do you know which version of ID3 MM supports ?
Just researching that image/jpeg data, as I can't edit it in MP3Tag either
Found some specs listed here for a tool called javamusictag..

Re: Artwork tag inconsistancies
Heres what I'd like to see (just my view): I really like the tabulated format that MM uses for showing track data.. so I think that can be expanded out for the album art too. MP3Tag does this to some degree but I think MM could pull the idea further.. If I could edit the Cover tag data in the same w...
