Yes, changing some ide3 tags of the copy makes MMW recognize both files (original and copy).

I can confirm that MMS 0.2.2 does not show the problem I described in my first post.
Maybe you should update the link to MMS in this post (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=86639&sd=d) which points to MMS 0.2.1.
In the end it was my fault to use an old build of MMS.

Since version 1.3.6.0881 I noticed a new "updating shortcuts" notification that appears for about 2 seconds after each song if MMA is in background.
This does not happen if MMA is in foreground.
