Media Monkey plays everything but mp3s

[AHH!!]

I've installed Windows 7 on a second Hardrive of my on the same computer.

C: is Windows 7
D: is Windows 7

Both have MM Gold installed

But on D's windows 7 mp3s do not play...
Every other program has worked

and the mp3s play fine in itunes.

What should I do?

I have also just installed Windows 7 and solved the problem by changing the output plugin to waveOut output. Works fine now.

Strange, have you tried to update DirectX Libraries? Even latest DirectX 9 runtime libraries from August 2009 should correct any bad entries in Windows registry.

It was that WM Player wasn't installed

Yeah that is really an issue I see lots of people buys Windows 7 N version without any codecs and WMP on the system. From what I see price is same and as MP3 needs licensing users like you have problems like this.
