Playlist songs being greyed out after 1 play

I have a playlist of my own music that I've written, and want to listen to a playlist of it that I made.
All the songs are in the library and play.
However, within the playlist, after it plays certain songs, they become greyed out, and won't play.
If I go back to my library and find one of the songs, all the ones that have been greyed out are no longer greyed out.
Then the whole cycle starts again.
I called Mediamonkey, but they wouldn't help me out if I didn't pay them.
What is going on?, why?, and how can I make this never happen again?

Which version of MediaMonkey and what File Types?

Version 4.1is what I'm running.
I just googled Medimonkey phone support, I called one of the first numbers posted.

There is no phone support for MediaMonkey. Did you read the KB article?
