Hi can anyone please help.
When trying to get tag information from Amazon I get the following error -
Couldn't show results: Socket Error # 10053 Software caused connection abort.
Has anyone seen this error before and explain what it means. I have tried two different broadband connection but get the same error.

People report socket errors with MM fairly often. I've come to the conclusion that most of them are due to timeouts on Domain Name resolution.
In some cases it can be due to other running software 'competing' for or 'monitoring' connections.
Check for AV programs and/or Firewalls which might be involved.
