Hi All,
I'm new to Media Monkey. When I attempt to use Auto Tag from Amazon I always get this error message.
"Access violation at address 7C350428 in module 'MSVCR71.dll. Read of address 00000000." How do I get around this?
Is there also a way to do what I would call batch tagging. In other words can I manually enter an artist name and album title once and have it applied to all of the tracks on that album?
I am not super computer literate but I can get around with some help.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Extensions: ExternalTools, ExtractFields, SongPreviewer, LinkedTracks, CleanImport, and some other scripts (Need Help with Addons > List of All Scripts).
@developers: Is MSVCR71.dll used by MediaMonkey? If so, Microsoft states that it has to be included in the program folder (because the dll file isn't a shared library anymore, because of past version conflicts).
@Dave: Try if putting msvcr71.dll in MediaMonkey's program folder (usually C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey) helps.
(The linked file is the one I took from my computer. You can find other copies by searching for "msvcr71.dll" on the internet if you don't trust this one or if it doesn't work.)
