How could I get a list (Magic Nodes perhaps) of all artists that have at least one song rated 1/2 star of more?

If you have Gold you could just make an autoplaylist:
"Rating" - ">/=" - ".5 stars"
Otherwise magic nodes will work as well.

I meant all tracks (even unrated ones) for artists that do have rated tracks.
I do have MM3 Gold.

Sorry, I mis-read your first post. I think the only way to do this would be Magic Nodes. Check
this out, in the first post there is a
help document on how to make nodes. (Sorry, I'm not familiar with how to do it.)
